To qualify for a full refund or exchange under our 30-day policy:

• The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
• All original protective wraps, tags, and dust covers must remain intact.
• For watches: crystal protective film must not have been removed, and no scratches or alterations to the case/bracelet must be present.
• Proof of purchase (Order number or invoice confirmation) must be provided.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and issue an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code alongside return shipping instructions.
3. Securely package the item and send it to our designated logistics return facility.

Once your return parcel arrives and is inspected by our quality assurance team (typically within 48 hours of receipt):

• We will send an email confirmation verifying the approval of your refund.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
